Why does a company called Pothos Stays offer financial consulting?
It sure does seem random! Here is the background: from 2019-2025 we operated a short-term rental property management and investment group under the brand “Pothos Stays.” In summer 2025, we sold all of our investment properties. We still operate the trash pick-up service and help run a local property maintenance and construction company in the area called Tuck Home Services. All of the learnings from those experiences inform how we work with fractional CFO clients.

We start with a free 30-minute exploration call. From there, we offer a 90-minute complimentary consult. Beforehand, we’ll sign an NDA and ask for financial and operational data (pricing, proposals, labor, etc.). Then we’ll walk through an initial analysis, discuss your current state, and explore your future goals.
